additional throw. If insurance is desired, add $2.00 per throw. North Carolina residents,
add 7.75% Sales Tax. Shipping to the U.K. and most other European countries is a flat fee
of 30.00 US Dollars. This covers packaging and postage. Shipping charges are subject to
